Who Made 'Experience' an Issue?
Let's be clear about this.

Up till today, who was it that was making 'experience' the bottom-line issue of their campaign?

It was McCain.

It was not Obama.

Therefore, these Repugs trying to say that Palin's 'experience' is not as important as what she allegedly did in office have completely conceded the 'experience' qualification issue to Obama.

Just as astounding is the Repug argument that Palin has 'executive' experience as a governor that Obama does not have.
But McCain has been a legislator for over thirty years -- he has no 'executive' experience either!

I'm still boggled by the political calculation that went into this decision by McCain.
However, I think that by throwing away the experience issue for the gamble of getting back the 'maverick' label has just given a huge, huge edge to Obama-Biden in this election.

1. My town supervisor has more experience than her and I wouldn't
want him to be a heartbeat away. My town is 5 times larger than hers pop. 6343
