McCain should have picked Heather Wilson (R) New Mexico, if he wanted a woman on the ticket

She, like McCain, has military experience, and is more moderate. His VP pick is so idiotic. I hate to say this, but some people will not take her seriously because of the way she looks.

Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Jodi Rell, Linda Lingle, etc are all GOP women that are much more qualified and experienced than Palin. Not to mention they are not as crazy right wing like Palin. Yet they where passed over. Why?
