No need to attack Palin (well, we'll need to eventually), attack McCain for allowing Bush's handlers to select his VP nominee. The guy had only met her once before for God's sake. He knew nothing about her. Bush's people (the architects of the last 8 years ), installed this pick.
It shows McCain as weak, beholden to the Bush gang, and certainly no Maverick. You then can attack the pick itself without ever really touching Palin. Something like, "Isn't it the height of irresponsibility for McCain to rollover and allow outside handlers to select such an inexperienced, out of touch, ultra-conservative pick for him. Where is the 'maverick' we had heard so much about? I guess it will be four more years of Bush, McCain and a VP candidate who will still report to Cheney".

1. Attack McCain's judgment |
|
That's what Obama has said all alone. It's about Judgment. McCain showed horrible judgment. Obama's choice of Obama, in comparison, makes Obama look like Solomon.

Once this day is over, and we get the goofiness of his choice out of our systems, we need to get back on track, using Obama's speech as our guidelines.
Rove is running this whole show.
