Michael Moore on McCain's VP
See YouTube video clip at link

"Their treatment of women throughout the decades -- leading up to even now -- this sort of attitude that women are so stupid that they're going to just vote for somebody because they're a woman, even though this woman is against the very things that women are for and the things that women need. I mean they really think women are, I guess, just dumb or something. ... I don't think women across the country right now are feeling honored by this event today." -- Michael Moore on John McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin

1. He nails it again
McCain and Rove think women are just sheep and they are trying to herd them to the barn. I just can't see it. Maybe I am just a blind Dem and this is the creative genious of Karl Rove and they'll take it again on not what is right for our country but simply on just what it takes to win.

But I would think female Dems in general won't vote for such a right-wing women.

2. Right wing women

Indeed.

But they will DOWNPLAY all of that.

They will identify this women with ALL women, damned the viewpoints.

It's typicaly Republican game plan...perception instead of reality.

3. I feel as if the republicans are again using a woman as a whore to get what they want
I feel that strongly about it. It has nothing to do with her being a whore, let me get that straight right now. I just feel that John McCain has created another trophy to make himself look good and win this election. I am SICKENED over it. I am bullshit about it.

5. A cheap, underhanded, sleazy stunt.
McCain almost looked like he was ready to get off standing with her. Grrrrr. Good thing I have to work today.

Oh, I was making calls for Obama yesterday and another volunteer had to deal with the "N' word during his call....in NH...I swear half this country is stupid beyond belief.
