"He looked into her eyes and saw her soul..."
How else could John McCain have decided to pick a VP based on one prior meeting and, as is becoming more obvious, very little vetting.

What does this first and important decision say about John McCain's judgement? His temperment? His character?

To me, those are the most interesting and relevant questions.

Any thoughts?

1. To me it shows how cynical he is
Just like papa bush did with Dan Quail, who picked him because he was not doing well with women and though his good looks would work for him...no matter that he was an idiot with no experience.

3. Wait, repugs have souls?
 You almost had me there for a minute. It's common knowledge that they have them sucked away once they register.

7. Honestly, my little next door neighbor showed up the other day
Her mom wasn't home and she wanted to make sure what she had on was presentable for her job interview-- at FRIENDLY'S!!!! What person has ever gotten a job without going to a job interview with the person they'll be working for? This just doesn't make sense to me.
