Can McCain Still Claim To Put The "Country First" After Selecting Palin As His VP? |
|
After making such a clearly political choice when selecting his VP, can McCain still use the slogan "Country First?" How hypocritical can he be? Choosing Palin was obviously a decision he made not in the best interest of the country, but in the best interest of his presidential campaign.
Historians have dubbed her the single least experienced individual to ever be on a major party ticket. He doesn't even know her. He has no idea if they'll be able to govern together. She said recentrly she still is waiting for someone to tell her what exactly a VP does. This is madness.
Every time McCain says "country first" from now on, it will just be laughable. Not that it wasn't before, but now it's just ridiculous.

It's short, to the point, and instantly understandable.
