|
Edited on Sat Aug-30-08 01:33 PM by musicblind
and I think that is awesome. Even MORE motivation to vote for him (though he gives more than enough on his own). I could see her as Health Secretary.
The next four years are going to be amazing!
Edit for typo.

5. I sure hope so - she could fill any cabinet post with her knowledge and experience. |
|
She needs to have a very high profile position - maybe SOS?

16. She could but the Senate position has more visibility |
|
If she moves to the cabinet it means she's given up running again.

21. The real question is whether she will take that position |
|
I honestly don't know. She might just prefer to stay as a Senator instead of becoming a cabinet member.

29. She can have it if she wants it, but she will have more power in the Senate... |
|
And I think she knows that.
She's poised to carry Teddy's torch, and that's more of an honor than any Cabinet position.

6. Awww, I love these pictures! |
|
I think I was one of the bitter Obama supporters because I honestly felt betrayed by some of Hillary's actions because I wanted her to act with class and not go to certain places. But now I'm alright with the Clintons. I really feel that they're all friends because those smiles are the real deal. I think Stephanie Tubbs-Jones would have liked that they bonded during her reception.

Clearly honest, sincere affection.
All through the primaries I thought that if Hillary weren't running, Bill would be Obama biggest supporter.

25. I think for Bill Clinton... |
|
...that the reception he received at the convention might have been the final bit of catharsis needed. I think he felt the love, so to speak, and realised that whatever differences were there during the primaries that his people still think the world of him and, above all, *need* an Obama win in November to stand any chance at recovering and then prospering.

I think something changed during the "negotiations" for the convention. They figured out how to make the relationships work for everyone. With the Clintons on board, it's looking more and more like a win in November. Biden certainly helped, too.
