Reformer? What The Heck Did She Reform?

They keep calling Palin a reformer but I haven't seen anything that says what exactly she reformed.

...for the state program of dividing oil revenues among the Alaskan populace.

Of course that actually implies she increased a socialist program, but the Republicans will never admit it.
