I guess there is only one city over 5,500? Hilarious.

3. Another lie, like the "I said no thanks to the Bridge to Nowhere"
There are 2 fairly large cities in Alaska -- they are
Juneau and Anchorage (and then there's Fairbanks).

She was major of Wasilly (sp), NOT one of those.
Ms. KKKarla Roverat has NO SHAME.

6. It goes: 1) Anchorage, 2) Fairbanks. She was the mayor of Fairbanks?
Edited on Sat Aug-30-08 03:54 PM by Hissyspit
Then Sitka and then Wasilla. Sitka and Wasilla are barely cities.

18. Third. There are only three real cities in Alaska. Wasilla is not one of them.

5. Yet just a few days ago the rovester was trashing Kayne because
he had been mayor for only 3 years and had been a mayor of a city of 100,000.
Hmmmm, did the rovester have a change of mind from a week ago, or is he just a spinning sack of s*^t??

8. KKKarl knows less about Alaska than he does about women.
I lived there more than 10 years..

There are villages in the bush bigger than Wasilla..

Not only does KKKarl Rove know nothing about AK, he knows even less about women, doesn't know what moves them, their needs, their wants.. They are interchangable parts like for a car.. He's a Eunuch, no real testicles, just hanger's on.. :)

I've studied the guy, this is either a colossal blunder b him, or a big fuck you to that Loser McCain while KKKarl collects his check and laughs at the whole country..

9. That the dumbest statement I've ever heard.
If true, it just shows how small the state of Alaska is and dimishes her Governorship of a itty bitty tiny populated state. Rove lies so much he doesn't know what he talking about anymore.

10. Even if it was true
Being mayor of the 2nd largest town in Alaska is like being treasurer of the student council at some universities.

11. Not 2 weeks ago he was saying Kaine wasn't experienced enough
because he was only Mayor of lowly 'ole Richmond, and only Gov. of VA for a couple of years.
Gotta hand it to Pig Vomit...

13. Populations: Wasilla 5,470; Alaska 670,053; Detroit 911,402
She's LESS qualified than Kwame Kilpatrick. The Detroit Police have more people in uniform than the Alaska National Guard.

14. Yeah...I'm number 84!
I'm from Seldovia. I've not lived there for many years but Alaska is a "strange" place.

Certainly a place of rugged individuals but with a strange mix of religious wackos (I have no idea why, maybe for the same reason the US was started by religious wackos...looking for space/freedom), hunters and pot smokers. Seeing "Legalize Pot" bumperstickers on trucks with gun racks is common.

Libertarian more than republican but libertarian of the selfish brand.

Many may disagree, but to my mind, Alaska is a place of spectacular beauty but the ppl are not warm, friendly types. Anchorage is a bit different but in the small towns, they're just not very social.

(Our friends who are still there, mostly all in Homer now, are thrilled by Palin but they are conservatives. It was still disappointing to hear they so happy about this woman.)

15. Wasilla makes up over 8/10th of one percent of the Alaskan population.
Edited on Sat Aug-30-08 04:12 PM by Bucky
Proportionally speaking, that's like being the mayor of an American city with 2.5 million people. Are you saying that being mayor of a city that size isn't adequate experience to become the "mayor" of the US Senate--which only has 100 members?

What, you got no reply for me? Figures. I knew when I thought up this that you can't argue against logic like mine.

What a surprise!
:sarcasm:

And his geography is woefully inaccurate.
