Proof Gallup and other Daily Tracking Pollsa are BULLSHIT |
|
Gallup still has it at 49%-41% Obama over McJoke the second day in a row. Are we supposed to believe he didn't get a bounce from his acceptance speech? It's laughable the idea that he didn't if you follow the tracking polls. Rasmussen is even worse...I'll take Chuck Todd's opinion as well as the opinion of the Obama team. Daily Tracking Polls are pure and utter bullcrap...

He has Obama leading in VA 43-41, in NC 47-39, in SC 42-41, in OH 41-36, in MO 42-40. in CO 44-38, in NV 39-38, in NH 42-38, but he is calling all of them as Too Close To Call. It would be great if Obama could carry all of them.

9. Zogby interactive is a joke |

He rolled that crap out in 2004 and if it had been accurate, Kerry would be running for re-election.

2. I always add +3 to Obama's total on Rasmussen |
|
He's a Republican pollster and a fundamentalist Christian.
He's really clever at cooking his numbers just enough so that the results look just barely credible.

3. I sort of cringed when the Obama team was ripping Gallup the other day |
|
There was a report on the conference call Plouffe had with some reporters laying out strategy. He took great care in ripping Gallup a new one. I liked that, as I think Gallup is a right wing outfit. But it also made me cringe in a way because now we can expect Gallup to go well out of their way to skew their polls in McCain's favor. That much was obvious when today's tracking poll that covered the convention speech showed no bounce. Unfortunately the MSM does like to pimp Gallup polls as part of their anti-Obama narrative.

4. The MSM, save for Fox, tends to ignore Rasmussen polls |
|
Quinnipiac polls also tend to be ignored. Same with Harris polls (which have been very pro-Obama).

because there was already a day in there that Obama won by 15 points. The only thing that matters is the direction of the pollls. If Obama continues to widen or maintain this type of lead, it shows that McCain is in trouble.
