McSame Broadcasting Live From NOLA After Gustav Will Backfire |
|
I actually don't know if this would work out so well. Yes the true right-wingers will watch it but man it seems so over the top political it stinks to high heaven. He wouldn't be able to say a negative word about BO while there because that would REALLY make it political. Will he get so much "goodwill" that Dems will now vote for him? Nah. I mentioned this to my 60 year old Dem mother and she responded "They get sicker and sicker everyday."
What could he "speak" about from there? Rip on Obama for something? What happens if BO is also in NOLA the same day and time. If he gives a speech the media would cover that and would make McCain's moot. I think he'd be better off staying in Minn and doing a low key speech.

1. I agree that this could be a major problem for McSame. The city |

won't hold any love for any Repuke. But my guess would be that he finds some small, storm-hit town in Mississippi, where he would be loved, to give his speech.

2. He's just trying to avoid the split screen that MSNBC talked about last week |
|
He wants the WHOLE screen, dammit...even if it means getting in the way of first responders and people trying to evacuate!! He goes there...the split screen isn't needed/used.

But it may not play so well anyway. Disgusted me the moment I heard about it.
