Edited on Sun Aug-31-08 12:58 PM by jenmito
Hillary Clinton was a friend of mine. Governor, (god lova ya,) you're no Hillary Clinton." That's exactly what Biden should say to Sarah Palin if/when she tries to appeal to the Hillary supporters during the VP debate. I don't know if I ever heard of a similiar comment before or not, :) but I think that would be a pretty good reply to her.

1. Funny -- I was thinking about this exact same thing yesterday
The comeback would be nasty though.

"Still can't help yourself from stealing other people's lines, can you senator?"

I thought it was a great line, but I don't think Biden's the one to offer it up.

3. Ooh, you're right. That WOULD be a great comeback...
I was thinking she'd say something like, "Bush and Quayle still won."

2. Palin is not even worthy to tie Hillary's shoes
Hillary has worked hard her entire life to protect women's rights. Then Mccain is trying to use Palin to benefit from Hillary's hard work knowing perfectly well that Palin will do everything she can to try to destroy everything Hillary has worked so hard for. I can't even begin to explain how incredibly upset this Palin pick makes me.

4. It's a shame she's being painted as someone with a "great story" and a "maverick."
Someone has to make the facts known.
