Maybe McCain really doesn't want to be president!

Like Dukakis back in 1988 he doesn't really want to be president so he is picking who ever he wants. Maybe he just ran in the primary to get his voice heard and really didn't expect the nomination.

This Palin choice is really odd.

It's his driving ambition. And I think it's too early to tell if Palin hurts him or not.

I've speculated that she'll drop out but after the rave reviews she's been geting from MSM and all the dancing in the streets from the base of the Republican Party, I'm not so sure anymore.

I think she's a terrible pick but it seems that those who agree with me wouldn't vote for McCain anyway. The conservatives have circled the wagons around her.

I'm not counting either of them out just yet.

However, I sincerely doubt McCain has any say in who is chosen as his veep.
