ABC commentators totally STUPID. They are on now.
The only intelligent person is Sam Donaldson. Stephanopolis is a moron. Will is a fool.

How can they stick up for a woman who has 0 experience as to what a President needs??
Sarah Palin has POOR judgement and should NOT be a "heartbeat away from the Presidency"

This is my opinion and I approve it's message.

1. Sam Donaldson was hilarious.
"Cokie, I have some land that I want to sell you." Yes, the rest of them were ridiculous.

9. God, I despise that idiot Cokie.
She thought that a lot of Hillary voters would go along with the Palin pick. Riiiiiight. They'll just overlook the fact that she's the opposite of Hillary on the issues. :eyes:

2. After watching this week with Stephacrapolous...I learned that...
Cindy McCain's feelings are hurt cause Obama is a big ole meanie...
Palin has so much more experience than Obama because she has balanced a checkbook, and has executive experience...
Cokie thinks that Hillary men will love Palin cause she loves guns...
Gustav will help the Republicans...
Obama's speech wasn't the best, but it was ok...

4. I also learned that Cindy McCain has no shame, which I guess I should already know
re: she actually used the "Alaska is close to Russia!" talking point.

11. My inlaws - some of those "central PA" type Rs ...
My wife and I went up to picnic for the holiday today. Her parents have lived their entire lives in a fairly rural county - good people and I could not ask for better inlaws, but prototyptical rural Rs, my father in law had at least one article of clothing with an NRA logo on it at all times.

We sat down for lunch and he asked my wife - so what do you think about McCain's VP? Her mother then said she watched Stephanopolus (I was kind of surprised, turns out she watches the show often) and said - looks good for McCain, looks like he has the numbers. I didn't see the show, but given how much of a tool he has proven to be this cycle, and Cokie and Will, I wssn't real surprised.

My father in law, again, a really good man - said something like "I will take honesty over experience anytime" ... He was being a wise A, took a second to kind of know it, then said "ah, I am an R, I am going to vote for McCain anyway."

This is something I have noticed with a lot of people I know who are Rs, they KNOW the party is a bunch of shiite heads, I swear a lot of them do, but they just are aligned as Rs, and that is the way it is.
