Ah ha! ha!! ha! This is the newest push from the GOP on why we should vote McCain |
|
I swear to fucking God, I *JUST* got this email:
"A president's pension currently is $191,300 per year, until he is 80 years old.
Assuming the next president lives to age 80. Sen.. McCain would receive ZERO pension as he would reach 80 at the end of two terms as president. Sen.. Obama would be retired for 26 years after two terms and would receive $4,973,800 in pension.
Therefore it would certainly make economic sense to elect McCain in November.
How's that for non partisan thinking???"
How's THAT for a stretch!!?!?

Sometimes, just as I think the Republicans couldn't come up with something so laughably stupid it would defy belief, they prove me wrong. :-)

2. Reply-Why is a person worth 100 million taking a salary from the USA? |
|
Why is he accepting vets benefits? SSI? With a 450 billion dollar deficit why are we even having this stupid conversation?
See what that does!

"Ha! With a $450 billion deficit created by the current administration, attempts to be “fiscally conservative” with the commander-in-chief’s salary and pension is awesomely hilarious! "

6. Are they really *this* desperate? |

McCain's internal polling must show him running much farther behind than we think. This silly argument, based on greed, is probably the dumbest one I have heard yet favoring McCain.

possibly want to take the chance that Palin, even younger than Obama, would ascend to the presidency if something happened to old man McCain.:-)
