Would she feel compelled to make decisions to speed up the second coming of Christ? |
|
Does she believe that we are living in the End Times?
Has anyone asked her if the President a representative of the People, or of God?
How exactly do her religious beliefs shape her policies?

1. I can answer one of your questions, to a degree. |

This is part of the cognitive dissonance, or basic inability to connect the dots. She doesn’t believe that humans play a role in global climate change. She is all for drilling for oil in the arctic national wildlife refuge. She has a survivalist mentality, as I gather many in Alaska do, though they don’t consider it that, they just see it as a way of life.
Whether it is intentional or not, her policies, known ability to abuse power and general standpoint will contribute to global climate change. Her hard and unwavering beliefs and corporate toadying combined with a skewed/limited education put her at risk for extreme and poorly weighed decisions.
Pentecostals have a view of revelations; they are end timers, of which ilk she is, I am not sure. If you haven’t the pleasure (cough cough) of being exposed to end timers, they believe they will be left on earth to make their way in the newly created “wilderness” after “the event”. This will be their dream come true. Finally they will reap the reward for their good (read that obedient) behavior is this evil world.
God's will is always the highest, the danger is their perception of god.
