As I watch this, I feel like I'm viewing some sort of alternate reality running next to the one I live in. Even in 2004, I could watch some of the RNC speakers and respect them because I could tell they believed in what they were talking about. Just a couple. Four years later and the entire Republican Party seems to be terrified of their own shadow. I feel like I'm watching an episode of Animal Planet and the lion is eating the babies.
