1. Listen, there are too many millions of stupid freepers
ready to vote for this old fart!

I don't want the security of this nation dependent on the meanderings of a mind like Gidget's........because I don't believe McCaint is long for this earth. He looks SICK!

3. As Peggy Noonan said off mic - It's over
Stick a fork in him, he is finished.

I am hearing the most amazingly bad comments ever. There were even the start of negative comments from those AK people in Palin's sister's bar up in AK, regarding their home girl's experience, per the commentator. That maybe she doesn't have enough experience. One said she is concerned that should McCain god forbid die, that she doesn't know if Sarah would be able to be president. Not enough experience.

All said by people who prefaced it with "well, we love Sarah, BUT...". It was something to hear - the reporter said this was the sign of cracks to develop up there. Most in the bar were watching the football game, with McCain droning on in the background.

Toast. I had the exact same feeling when he was done - almost felt sorry for him, because for the first time, I had no sense whatsoever of this ticket being a threat to a democratic win this fall.
