McCain and his campaign are only now learning how much Palin knows about domestic and foreign policy |
|
After all, their idea of vetting was having her answer 90 questions and submitting to one in person interview. They were probably getting an idea of where she stood on hot button issues, not getting down to specific policies and on the risks of her personal life (I'm sure it took some time to explain the whole Bristol situation and her son's possible juvi record).
I'm guessing that when they got down to questioning her more closely, they realize she simply doesn't have the background knowledge needed to navigate the national press. Therefore, she is being hidden.

2. I hate to think that someone who had to CRAM on our most important situations |
|
might be so close to the presidency. NOT fucking cool.
I wish she'd drop out already. I've had more than enough of her, really.

4. McCain really is screwing the country with his pick. |
|
He doesn't care though. If we are stuck with her he'll be dead.

5. Yep, sadly correct. McCain's biggest decision so far and he REALLY messed it up. |
|
He does not deserve to be anywhere near the presidency and she deserves it even less.
