So far this is the only one I am not familiar with.

1. Just guessing, but could it be squeezing her vagina to hold that
baby in for the long flight to Alaska and ride to the jerkwater hospital in her hometown?

Maybe "holding" the baby back, after her water broke in Texas, until she got to her hospital in Alaska?

If that's not it, I have no clue.
