Did Sarah Palin file her Public Official Financial Dislocure statement by 3/15/07?

According to this government site (https://webapp.state.ak.us/apoc/public_officials.jsp), which was last updated today, she still hasn't. Her due date was 3/15/07. Is that bad...like "bad" bad?

"Public Officials and Legislators are required by law to file reports of financial interests with the APOC."

Meh...I'm probably stretching it there.

also, I'm having fun with all of Palin (and associate's) financial records. God bless the web. I'm going to prepare a list of questions about her records tomorrow...but for now, I got one:

does the carter family (raymond, kristine, and amy) ring a bell for anyone? The Palin family gave 140,000 on 11/8/94 to be split between the carter family trust fund and Sarah's parents. on 6/6/96, the Carter family trust gave a deed to Sarah's father. And...somehow they gave their deeds to the transportation and public facilities department.

I don't know who they are but there's a lot of money going between them.

The plane that is being used for charters to russia for "hunting" expeditions where the main selling point is the ability to get guns into russia easier.

You know the same part of Russia where the Georgian Lobbyist that works for John McCain was lobbying for just before the russians invaded a few weeks ago.

The plane that was also spotted by accident by a plane enthusiast in Las vegas on July 26th on the same day John McCain was speaking in Las Vegas and then flew to Reno the next Day the day John McCain was speaking in Reno.

And why would McBush want to be in on this? McBush obviously has some financial interest in this whole scheme as he flipped his rhetoric on drilling.
