McCain = Decoy. Palin = Rove's actual Pres candidate.
My title premise struck me as I listened to the pundits' evaluation of McCain's acceptance speech as "shockingly bad." Seems all the speech writers concentrated on Palin's speech and McCain's was an afterthought.

Yeah. . .once again. . .the Rovian GOP picks an obviously weak candidate, actually, older and frailer than the President Impostor of these past 8 years. . .

Hindsight explains how Cheney and PNAC Co. had to have a lightweight GWB to rubber stamp their agenda and do what he's best at. . .unflinchingly LIE without conscience. . an ability acquired from his lifetime of enabled alcoholism/drug abuse.

SO, I said to myself. . .let me see. . .what could be the convoluted trickery behind this McCain charade. . .how do we explain this DARK MOOSE Palin VP pick. . .shot out of the Alaskan blue. . .then bingo!

The fix is in. Whereas many on this board suspect that McCain will not stay in the race while one of the other GOP contenders will slip onto the ballot in November. . .I truly see Palin as the intended Presidential candidate because Rove's plan is to get such an extremist in through the side door, if you will, and then, if they win, McCain will claim illness as he retires into the Arizona sunset with a lucrative compensation. . .as if he needs that, but greed knows no limits.

A President Palin is their new-new order. . .that not only perpetuates the PNAC world of GWB but it swipes at Hillary's or any Democratic female politician's future dream of being the first female President.

One catch. Rove assumes that the majority of ballots will go his way. . .always a sticking point, isn't it, KKKarl.

That's why I say emphatically, "it's the black box election corruption, as well as it's the economy, stupid"!

Verifiable Voting Solidarity

is the ONLY way to defeat Rove's trickery this time.

I just KNOW Team Obama is aware of this already. . .that's why we're gonna win this time.

"The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

1. He can't and could not deliver any speech even if he was given Phalin's speech. Delivery of speech
is more important than writing it. Speeches were written prior to convention and only needed to change Phalin's speech to fit for a woman.

5. It is now what it was then - an impulsive pick ...
McCain wanted Lieberman and the only real imput that Rove had was being able to wheel and deal enough to block Lieberman.

Rove and the Bushies wanted Romney.

The Mullet headed Governer was who Rove THOUGHT was going to the compromise pick.

Spurned in not being able to pick Lieberman, having Romney and Mullet head man shoved down his throat, at the VERY LAST MOMENT, in a moment of Viagra induced hornyness, McCain picked Palin.

Sorry, but just because they are doing what they do - spinning horseshiite into patriotism, doesn't mean this was some kind of pre-planned pick. This lady simply has TOO much baggage, WAY too much baggage, for them to bring her on. They are bold, but this pick is even out of their box.

6. bunk. first of all rove himself is a two bit hack, not some genius
secondly, who is the they that wants Palin? and sorry, neocons just isn't a good enough answer. thirdly, anyone who thinks McCain will simply go quietly into that good night misjudges him at their peril.

7. I'm going to kick the living crap...
out of the next person who posts a "This is Karl Rove's Plan" thread.

First: Karl Rove is not the genius everybody around here seems to think he is, primarily because when you look at every nefarious plot he's hatched over the past eight year, he's be FUCKING CAUGHT every time. Rove walks the street a free man because our press and our Congress is too damned lazy to do their job.

Second: The McCain Campaign is a slow-moving train wreck, and if I were Karl Rove and I had planned any portion of it, I would be busy deleting any mention of it from my "Evil Bastard Resume." This campaign is being managed by idiots who think anything the Republicans do will be greeted with cheers by an adoring public.

Jesus -- Rove is the most over-rated political operative of our generation.

. . .fawgettaboutit!

I won't post ever again!

I'll keep my thoughts buried. . . I'm delusional to think anything I have to say is worthy of discussion.

I got the memo.

9. We should be doing EXACTLY the same thing that Rovian style suggests
and that is to USE the GOP's strength against the GOP.

Their strength right now is SARAH PALIN. That John Mccain, the Maverick line is directly tied to her because whatever maverick brand Mccain had is gone (voted with bush 90% of the time, etc.) but it can be re-packaged and re-enforced by SP being his VP.

Any and all scandals, lies, mismanagement of official affairs and family life (as it applies to sex education and such) should be turn around and used against Mccain and should question his judgment and fitness to serve as POTUS and CIC.

We're getting the dirt on her good and proper but we're not using it against THEM Rovian-style, we're using it against SP and judging her (which is very bad and will stir up the beehive).
