...Here's the most unusual battleground of all: Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District, where the campaigns are fighting for a single electoral vote and private polling shows a close race between McCain and Obama.

Unlike 48 winner-take-all states, Nebraska awards its five electoral votes on the basis of who wins the statewide popular vote and who wins in each of the state's three congressional districts. Obama is favored to win all four electoral votes in Maine, the only other state to split electoral votes. Neither state has had a split decision in past elections...

I Live in Omaha.. and will be doing all I can to get Obama that one Electoral Vote. The Obaha & Esch signs have been up in my yard since Thursday (first day allowed in our state).
