Did you really think this was going to be easy? |

I mean did anyone think that America was just going to fall in love with Obama and hand him the presidency? I mean hell the primary was divided. This board was once very divided. Everyone on this site just got on board the Obama train like 3 minutes ago it seems. The rest of the world has got to play catch up. He hasn't lost the election. Really he hasn't lost. Their convention just ended. We will be okay.
I don't think Obama is sitting down going "Oh well I'd rather lose than fight...guess I'll lose now". Honestly I thought it was all over for him when the Rev Wright thing happened. I thought for SURE it was over and the supers would flip to Hillary. When he gave that speech and redeemed himself and came back in North Carolina after having a terrible lose in Pennsylvania and a month of horrible coverage. He's planning this out. He doesn't want to come off desperate and as if he is reacting. He's going to go on the offensive. I really believe that.
Regardless of how he handles this the election wasn't lost tonight. We still have some time left.

2. Yes, it should be easy. The U.S. is a train wreck, but we're talking about Sarah Palin instead. |
|
Somehow, Democrats have let 2008 become "about Obama" or "about Palin" instead of ABOUT BUSH'S DISASTER.
Good job, Democrats.

3. Obama has not yet begun to fight. |
|
It's all in the timing. Obama's gonna float like a butterfly and sting like a bee.

4. We knew this was going to be tough. |

We THOUGHT that Obama would also be tough.
Instead, his attack dog VP running mate is a poodle.
Instead, they've conceded the character issue.
Instead, they refuse to call McCain out on his lies.
Instead, Obama gets bitchslapped coast to coast and just turns the other cheek.
