Good news on Intrade. Obama still at 49.6 (vs. McCain 50.5) |
|
Time to start being a little more aggressive, I'd say.

1. How is that "good news"? |

How is that "good news"? Before the conventions Obama was up 60+.
I don't completely trust Intrade. It is possible Intrade is being gamed. Someone w/ lots of money could prop McCain up by buying up any selling pressure.

3. I'll admit, it was better when Obama was at 65 |
|
But at least he's not at 0!
I don't think this is gaming right now. Might well be overreaction to the day's polls. But for the big races it doesn't usually swing very much. Concern is that basically the conventions worked as they did in the past 2 elections. Democrats smart. Republicans name calling. Post-convention it's all Dems on defense.
I'm ready for some total ass-kicking ads and comments at this point. It is time for the Dems to show anger, because the anger is justified and the future matters.

7. Look up "irrational exuberance." This is a terrific case study of that. |
