Is it legal to take an appropriation like the bridge to nowhere
Edited on Tue Sep-09-08 07:35 PM by klyon
and spend the money on what ever the Governor sees fit to spend it on? Can states get money from the federal government for one purpose and then spend it on something else? Has Palin violated the law? Who canceled the bridge to no where?

Bush did it when he used money earmarked for Afghanistan in to invade Iraq and I thought that was illegal too.
