Yesterday's one-two punch bloodied 'em up

Morning:

Biden goes on the attack about McCain/Palin being against stem cell research

McCain/Palin camp feigns outrage, demands an apology

Afternoon:

Obama goes on the attack, comparing the McCain/Palin message of "change" to "putting lipstick on a pig".

McCain/Palin camp feigns outrage, demands an apology

Today:

News media running with the "lipstick" comment, but putting in video of McCain using same exact phrase about Hillary a year ago.... doing our work for us.

The Spin: McCain/Palin camp comes off as wimpy, soft whiners. Attempts to play the "sexism card" failing miserably.

Next:

Hit 'em again... harder.

3. Agreed, it's a good strategy...
make them reactionary, keep them on the defensive. Princess Barracuda is on very shaky ground here, wanting to be treated as an equal, yet setting up a different set of rules for herself. She can't go on pretending she's a feminist for very long.

4. Great stuff!
Every article about the "lipstick" comment out there basically moves forth the argument that McCain is "more of the same"

Axelrod:
well played sir

6. Correction:
Not, "doing our work for us". They are doing the work they are supposed to do.

Sadly, we had to do it for the last 7 years. Now they are finally doing their job.

7. One objection about this: "Doing our work for us"
Today:

News media running with the "lipstick" comment, but putting in video of McCain using same exact phrase about Hillary a year ago.... doing our work for us.

Actually they're doing their work, their job, for a change.
