FauxNews reporting that Obama is expected to address "lipstick controversy" soon.

Meanwhile, Fox News is reporting that Obama is expected to address the lipstick "controversy" soon. I don't know if this is true, but if so, here's hoping that there's not a shred of defensiveness or apology in his remarks.

1. I hope he apologizes to the pigs
Pigs aren't as smelly nor as stupid as John McCain's policies.

4. Why? There is no controversy! JAYZUS!
Unless he comes out and shows the video when McCain said it in reference to an actual person. That would be OK.

11. Bad move.
No apologies please. That would really piss me off. I would be sending some less than glowing letter to the Obama camp.

12. "I did not mean to say 'pig', and for that I apologize.
What I meant to say was 'c*nt hog with her period.' My remarks lacked specificity. I hope this clears up the matter."

14. This could be good
as long as he uses the opportunity to refocus the conversation on real stuff and to point out how silly it is for people to be more concerned about the precise meaning of the expression "a pig in lipstick."
