His show is terrible. It's unwatchable. The entire theme of his show since it's inception has been "what's wrong with Obama, and why can't he close the deal". Of all today's news, this is how he approaches his show? It's like the guy is working off a stale list of Republican talking points from last month.
Please put him out of his misery and give the time slot to Shuster.

1. I turn off the TeeVee, or switch to CNN when Hardball is over. |

Race to the WH is unwatchable, which is why I don't watch it. :P

29. I used to like Race when Maddow was a regular |
|
Edited on Wed Sep-10-08 06:31 PM by mrone2
but now I don't watch it either. For me it's Hardball (usually), Countdown (always), and Rachel Maddow Show (newly added to my "always" column), then I switch off until The Daily Show and Colbert Report come on. Fridays it's Real Time and Bill Moyers (usually).

|
He is totally unwatchable. If they want a republicer in that spot, why not Pat Buchanan? He's either truthful or batshit crazy, but either way, he's far more watchable than Asshat Gregory.

6. Most of the cable news channels are like that. |
|
Even though Obama let McCain have it with both barrels and tried to redirect the discourse to the issues where it belongs, the fucking bobbleheads on all the cable news channels are going "Why is Obama on the defensive again? Why isn't he fighting back?"
Fucking fascist media.

11. Yea.. I hear that line on Blitzer's show right now. |
|
Why is Obama engaging Palin? Why isn't he talking about the economy? Are you kidding me!
It's McCain's "truth squad" and press that's beating this thing to death. I just can't believe these cable news channels let campaign messages through their Blackberries dominate their programming. I'm waiting for someone to write a book titled, "How the Blackberry Killed America".

33. I lasted about two weeks ... |
|
I liked the format a bit, but it started right when McCain was starting with the kitchen sink approach, and in particular the Paris Hilton ad ...
Same thing happened EVERY night. He let the panel go around, then did the same little dipsy doodle - of course the ads were ridiculous, but what the ads did was highlight an underlying problem that BO has ... Smarmy little grin while saying it.
Two weeks of him doing this, and I stopped watching, and haven't gone back since.

26. He KNEW it, and he THREW it... |
|
...I don't believe that Gregory is "stupid" in the Webster's Dictionary sense of the word.
When he bumped asses with Rove, I think he knew that sent a message.
Her KNEW what he was doing, he THREW his "liberal cred" under the fat-assed bus known as KARL ROVE.
C'est la vie.

25. to be fair, he had a former Alaska journalist, who worked for her when she was gov. |
|
he ripped the hell out of her, saying she's unqualified, and more, going into detail how she couldn't handle the complexities of state government
that made the entire show worth it
Gregory, of course, asked if he was saying this because of sour grapes

Keith Olbermann saved MSNBC from financial ruin and turned around their ratings and advertising income.
And this suck-up piece of shit backstabbing motherfucker named David Gregory now wants to be the anchor on election night rather than Olbermann?
