Here's a couple House seats and a Senate Seat for you. Just give us our Imperial Presidency and our signing statements and get back out in the yard and bark at strangers....
You gotta get in the game, folks...you gotta get MAD! Having trouble, think how MAD you're gonna be the day after Election Day if this doesn't go our way.

4. Well, one way to fix this is to STOP PUSSYING OUT |
|
and get to work sending this crap around and stop complaining that nothing is going to work. Then...think to yourself: if this were presented to Rove about your guy/gal, what would he do? Yeah, I know... we're 'better' than that...
speak for yourself...

12. BIDEN IS PUSSYING OUT |
|
I am sick of waiting for him to come out and attack, thereby allowing Obama to get back on message about unity and actual policy and quit wasting his time being the "bad cop."

so here you go: People have to KNOW that it's all right to take a swing at the Republicans. Right now, they're afraid they're going to get hit.

17. Understand that we're gonna get hit no matter what we do. |
|
If we do nothing, we get hit. If we throw some punches, we'll get hit.
So if we're gonna get hit anyways, what's the harm in giving the bastards a reason?

3. Vent that anger through work and money |
|
Edited on Thu Sep-11-08 11:43 AM by texastoast
That's what's going to get it for us. I got an email from Obama's field organizer asking me to go on a trip or two to New Mexico to help get out the vote in that swing state. I think I'm going to do it.
Also, remember we must give Obama a Dem Senate as well. There is lots of chances to swing that up to 60 seats, even if it is not your home state. Phone banking and donations for ad time will work there too.
Get mad then get active!

Actually going mad is less good than going SMART. Someone needs to read the Art of War.
No need to supply evidence to back up the mythic Angry Left meme.

Buying Into Big Media Myth That Obama Is Not Fighting Back? Myth Just Hides RW Media Bias
One of the most pervasive myths out there, besides the liberal media bias myth, is the myth that Democrats are not fighting back or responding to the lies spread by Republicans. The purpose of this often repeated myth is to provide cover for Big Media's refusal to broadcast the Democrat's response to such allegations.
Check out the website: www.mediamatters.org .
This website contains numerous examples of Big Media stating GOP talking points without also broadcasting the Democrats response. The Democrats are responding. However, Big media simply refuses to broadcast such responses, then blames Democrats for not fighting back.
Anyone who has watched an Obama or Biden interview knows that Obama and Biden are fighting back and attacking McCain and Palin on the issues. Yet, the RW pundits continue to spread the idea that Obama is not fighting back, because Democratic responses are not being aired. Indeed, Obama specifically mentioned the media's failure to critically examine the claims made by the McCain/Palin camp due in part to allegations of liberal bias.

16. I'm hoping Obama is a wolf in sheep's clothing, lulling McBush |

into a sense of "that's all there is." Then the debates happen and all hell breaks loose from debate 1 to election day. That's what I'm hoping. In the meantime, I'd love to see some 527s activate on our side. The Republicans are underestimating how pissed off Democrats are.
