Frames: how Obama's gonna win this election.

This is the most interesting item I've read in the last few days and I found it on Dkos. Obama's got the right frames, and McSame is off on the wrong track, away from what people want to hear. He's gone from "Experience" to "Culture Wars". Obama's message started with "Hope" and now that has been joined by a frame called "Solve Real Problems". It's Obama's pragmatism v.s. McSame's ideology. And people want more than ideology when they are hurting economically.

If you listen to the Dem surrogates you can hear the theme--they've gotten the memo. McCain has no real solutions but Obama has. McCain is focusing on trivial stuff and it's not going to help anyone.

McSame's stuck with it now, stuck with a personality-based campaign that has no answers to anyone's concerns. Too late to change. Too bad. Not.

I so hope they are right in their analysis....
my big fear is that in this tabloid, celebrity adoring, reality TV based culture...
whether the meat of the message will get out there...
I sure hope so...
