This is clearly coded language

Knowing that you can’t blink, you have to be wired in a way of being so committed to the mission that we’re on. Reform of this country in victory and (or maybe in) the war that we’re on .

And as soon as I heard it, I thought "she's talking crazy fundie" stuff. It came right after she said that she didn't question her ability and preparedness for even a moment when asked to take the position.

Any sane person would have a moment of self-questioning at this challenge.
