on the economy.
TOTAL F-ING ABANDONMENT OF THE FIELD!
They're dead meat.
Matthews also said "this is no longer about lipstick on a pig, this is serious."

1. Why should they? It's sexist to imply that McCain screwed the pooch today. :-) NT |

10. Me too, but I had an impulse just to see what he'd say today. |
|
Wow. And the econ graphics he had and hammered on were very persuasive.

9. You're right, Matthews gutted her. (how satisfying) |
|
But Obama's opposing advisor in that segment was very weak. I'd fire her. Stephanie somebody-or-other. I'd giver her a C-.

I wasn't blown away. She didn't answer the $250K answer quickly enough and it seemed like she was avoiding it, even though she had already given the answer in her opening and Chris missed it.
The one difference was tone. She was mellow and smiley and Nancy was screaming and scrambly. That's a net positive right there.

He was also very good on MTP yesterday. He's turned into a strong surrogate for Obama; firm, well-prepared, confident...

13. MSNBC is showing VA "leaning Obama" now. Wow. |
|
Isn't that new? Or maybe it was before, while I wasn't watching. But I haven't seen any other poll report VA that way yet. And this poll of course wouldn't even be showing the news from today yet.
I wonder if O. has a shot at even Indiana now? Or how it'll affect Florida, with all their foreclosures?

|
I don't see how they could continue to keep her locked up and away from tough question with an economy in meltdown.

18. Probably in red alert lockdown to |
|
feed the Geezer and the Bimbo some new lines. Staying away from any real venues avoids the Phil Gramm question that even the MSM idiots might stumble upon.
The longer Gramm is away from any attention, the better the chances are that he won't be mentioned in any meaningful way -- unless the Obama campaign makes a good ad about it.
