Bankers and Welfare Cadillacs |
|
We are supposed to be in a panic mode - even though the stock market went up by 400+ points yesterday. The crooks on Wall Street and in our government are making the final push to rob us blind before this Administration is forced from office. But first, they have to get the names signed on the bottom line.
Members of Congress are up early today. Their routine has been interrupted by a financial crisis of gigantic proportion. They are in a hurry to get out of town. The Big Bankers, the ones that really run this country, have asked them to rubber stamp an eventual $trillion dollar bailout for the big gamblers on Wall Street.
Never again in my life do I want to hear anyone talk about "welfare". This is welfare for the rich and the middle class, because very few "poor" people are involved in this bailout. It is upper and middle class and money market holders. It is people like members of Congress.
So, today, the Congress will "rush" to prevent the banking system from going under. The gamblers on Wall Street will rush to grab up the money. They are downright gleeful today. Most Americans will be left holding the bag. How telling that when they really, really need a $ trillion dollars, they can get it overnight. But, if the average working person needs healthcare or assistance for a sick parent, he can wait forever. That is what our nation stands for. Is there any doubt about how Congress will vote before this day is over?? We are being sold down the river.

2. Personal responsibility is for the unwashed masses. |

It's sad how many of the sheeple are outraged at the fictional image of the Reagan "welfare queen" but are oblivious to the real welfare queens who own multiple mansions, private jets and yachts.
