"The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."
-Thomas Jefferson

I am as excited as anybody by the current polls showing Senator Obama ahead...That's why I post them all and come up with new monikers for John McInane...However, we must remain vigiant and work hard...These polls can change on a dime...

I can't think of anything worse than a McInane-Failin administration...I was watching Bush* on the tube...I actually like him better than McInane...He has the ability to make me laugh...McInane is just mean...I respect his service to his country during the Viet Nam War but outside of that the man has no redemptive qualities...

1. Fewer redemptive qualities than Bush... That's about the harshest indictment one could imagine.
McCain, from my observations, seems even worse on a personal level than our current President, and I'm sure he'd be just as destructive policy-wise, or worse - at least Bush hasn't seen fit to start World War III yet.

3. If You Ever See Harold And Kumar-Escape From Guantanamo
There's an actor in it who had does a spot on Bush*...He's funny...I don't even think McInane is remotely funny... At least Bush* fits the archetype of the gool old boy...McInane reminds you of the old guy who used to holler at you when you were a kid and vut across his lawn...

4. I have seen that! It was pretty hilarious, almost as good as the "That's My Bush" guy.
And yeah, I do get the feeling that Bush, had he come from a normal family background and had some kind of healthy motivational force (beyond just money and power), might've turned out to be a halfway decent guy. McCain, on the other hand, probably would've been a prick no matter what.
