all 303 million of us the would be cheaper than bailing out all the banking industry for 700 billion

I think $700 billion is 700,000 millions, so that wouldn't go very far.
I think you could give everybody about $2400

I'm not serious, but it make more sense than pumping billions into big companies that have proven they can't manage investments or money.
