What chances are that the GOP will try to schedule a vote on bailout bill on Friday |

and delay it so that Obama and McCain have to stay in Washington? Could the Dems and Leader Reid stop such a thing or would we have to contend with Lieberman voting the the Repukes to keep the Senate in session (50-50 tie broken by Cheney). I'm just trying to think of what there next move may be to avoid the debate on Friday.

All the action is happening in the House - we own the House - the republicans don't set the schedule there any more - we do.
