The stock markets had been rallying assuming a deal was going to be cut.

Doesn't look like it now.

It might make the RW'ers happy and some of us may even like the deal being scuttled because it seems like fat cats are getting bailed out but what happens when the stock market reacts and the banks start freezing up their credit?
