McCain's "suspension" ploy is a complete joke. |
|
Not only does he not save the day, but he screws up the day.
Then he is forced to come to the debate with his tail between his legs and everyone will know his word ain't worth spit and the whole "country first" thing is simply a slogan.
I hope he keeps his word and stays in DC while Obama does a townhall. But I doubt it because John McCain's "honor" is meaningless.

5. Yes. Threaten people's bank accounts and suddenly they listen responsibly. |

2. I like the part where McCain conditions his participation at the debate with "a deal" being done |
|
by Friday night. Yesterday, there was a deal until McCain stirred the pot, and then there was no deal.
There's motivation on McCain's part to make sure there is no deal so there will be no debate. He has a conflict of interest and should be shut out of the negotiations.

4. You think he didn't want to debate the economy? |
|
or is this still his effort to make sure the VP debate never happens?
Frankly, I don't get why he would want to mess up the negotiations. I think that it got out of control.
