McCain, "I am sorry Jim can you repeat the question, my mind was somewhere else". |
|
As previously stated McCain will arrive at the last minute with all of the cable channels following his plane for a dramatic last minute arrival and a rush to the debate.
He will do poorly and have an excuse - he was too involved in the economy to be able to prepare.
Finally he will specifically ask to have atleast one question repeated because he is still in fact thinking about the terrible crises that he is working on.
And yet we can all rest assured that the "fundamentals of the economy are still strong".

4. He had EXACTLY the same amount of time to prepare as his opponent |
|
His excuses make him look very weak. It's amazing that his camp doesn't understand that.

McCain was thinking about the economy (country first, unlike Obama).

12. I don't think that would work |
|
It would go back to the argument that he can't walk and chew gum at the same time. It would look like he doesn't have the ability to multitask.

8. And yet, he didn't ask a SINGLE question or make a single comment at |
|
the meeting yesterday. It might be more effective if he would stop working on it alone in his head and let somebody else in on all this 'work' he is doing.

15. Oh he'll whine about how they should both be in DC... |
|
...taking care of business. I hope Obama is quick to point out that a president has to be able to deal with more than one thing at a time. As John Edwards used to say...walk and chew gum at the same time!!

16. I heard somewhere that the moderator will present an issue |
|
and the two will have 9 minutes to discuss it between themselves, asking questions as needed. If/when mccain "excuses" himself because his focus is elsewhere, I pray Obama NAILS him with his lack of involvement in the whitehouse meeting. I can't wait to watch mccain stumble, ERUPT, and self destruct. This is going to be fun. :D
