Everyone expects McSame to do horrible! No one expects him to be better than Obama. So this means Obama is starting at a huge disadvantage.

Obama will do everything right and still end up with a Tie!

McLame will be sarcastic and will spin like no one has spinned before and he will look great if he does not drool or faint.

I hate the MSM lowering the bar for McLame.

2. AND McLame (Cadaverick) is going to wear his adult diapers
so he doesn't appear to do what he actually does ...

4. McCain is a foreign policy expert!
They've been telling us that for about a year now. They've also been telling us that Obama is an inexperienced amateur.

That doesn't sound like low expectations at all.

5. Oh noes! We be doomed from the brilliant "low expectations" ploy
Oh give me a break....

Personally I think there's something wrong with McLame, he doesn't at all seem lucid lately.

Yes FoxNews will say he "hit a home run" and his team already declared "he WON, hands down!"

After their antics this week, none of that will work.

7. The best Obama can do is be intelligent, Presidential, informed
calm and collected.

The best mcPOW can do is actually show up, and not piss himself.

10. Not entirely. CNN or MSNBC was pushing the idea that mccain is light years ahead in foreign policy
and Iraq

After the past eight plus years there is one thing that should be obvious about the MSM

THEY DON'T NO JACK!!!

12. I agree with the OP. McCain always does best in a crisis. This is why he creates them.
McCrunch. McClutch. McCrisis. John McCain waffled in the days before the debate because he knows his real strength is reacting in a crisis. By building up the false crescendo before tonight, he's played to his own strength and to Obama's greatest weakness. Obama was never a debater--he hardly did any litigation as a lawyer. He brags about being a professor of constitutional law.

You saw how badly Hillary Clinton clobbered him in the primaries. Obama got beat up... beat up by a girl!

Frankly, I'm "worried" that Obama's true self will be tested tonight... and revealed. McCain walks in with the element of surprise and dealing with a topic he should know forwards and backwards--national security. This debate is McCain's to win. If Obama barely holds his own, he'll be able to at least claim a moral victory.

(How's that for spin?)
