Bush Keeps Lying About Military Record (RED HOT!)
Shame pushes a powerful Texan politician to tell the truth about President Bush, but the President keeps right on lying about how he avoided the Vietnam War.

2. Bush's military record should be put in front of the electorate
Bush recently said in an interview that he would have been ready for duty if his unit had been called. Lt Bush would NOT have been ready for duty.

It's all there in the paperwork. The retirement system for the Air Force Reserve Personnel Center credits a member a point for each day served. 26 May (of 68) is what is called his retirement and retention date (R/R).

So then GWB's service is captured as such:

from may 68 to may 69 226 points - initial pilot training
from may 69 to may 70 313 points - student pilot
from may 70 to may 71 46 points - where did ya go?
from may 71 to may 72 22 points -
from may 72 to may 73 35 points -
from may 73 to may 74 0 points - discharged at 5 yrs 4 mons 5 days

If memory serves me Guardsmen are supposed to have at least 68 points a year for retirement credit. And Jr got disqualified from flying because he didn't complete his annual flying physical.

Not flying = you're not certified for duty.

After being grounded Jr gets reassigned as an Exec officer (butt boy duty), gets his records (his assignment) sent to the Air Reserve Personnel Center for non-participation.

No recommendations and no selection for 0-3 (Captain). Would have been a gimme if he showed up.

Yeah why don't you land on another aircraft carrier and sell some more action figures hero Jr ? I ain't buying the propaganda.
