Every time I start to feel sorry for Sarah Palin |
|
I think back to her speech before the RNC.
Then, any feelings resembling pity just fade away.

1. I would rather lick a dry paper towel |

2. Thanks, I needed that. |

With the Couric interview being played and replayed, I've suffered milliseconds of pity. No more.

that all of this oil she wants to dig for in ARWR was created in only 6,000 years.

I have no pity for her! She gladly took on her party nomination for VP, and there's nothing to feel sorry for.
She's in the national spotlight, and the light is shining clearly on all the things that make her a no-count, good for nothing woman. She's a disgrace to all women.....she's always depended on her charm, good looks (and that's debatable) to get her where she wants to go. She's the poster child for sexism. Those who say, we should respect her position - no! Look what's been done in her own home state. The bridge to nowhere, the brain to nowhere, whatever!
O.K. - rant over! I'm going somewhere else before my brain blows off. Thanks for your post.

12. Palin is just another opportunist like her running mate. |
|
She has used her 'charm', religion, lies, deceit and probably her ass to try and satisfy her ego.

9. While I cringe a bit watching her, I certainly don't pity her. She's not |

at all pitiable. I cringe because we live in a society/political system that somehow throws a person like Palin into the mix, and some voters actually vote for her. That reflects on my society/culture. I cringe because she's on view to the world as just how ignorant some Americans are (both Palin and those who would vote for her).
Having said all that, when I see or hear Palin, I still sometimes laugh 'til I pee.

10. yep...great gut check. I do, however, feel sorry for Alaskans. |
|
I was born in Alaska and we still have friends there.
She's made a laughing stock out of the whole state.
(hey Cat....I think we've got this thing.)
