Obama will go to DC
No business tomorrow-Jewish holiday

There will be a bailout. There has to be like it or not.

By the time Obama gets there public opinion will be turned enough-bald guys in suits yelling repeatedly about how "payrolls will not be met" and "no one will buy YOUR house" will do the job.

Arms will be twisted. Future deals made and the votes, at least on the Dem side, will appear

Obama will arrive to oversee the new bill (they haven't got the point out that this is NOT the original Paulson deal) and he will look like the LEADER.

McCain will have even more egg on his face.

7. I agree with a completely new bill.
I say the Democrats put everything Obama wants in it, and then have Obama go out there and sell it. The Dems need to unite behind this really good bailout bill, and then, lastly, tell the Republicans they have all the votes they need, thank you, so, 'Go fuck yourselves!'

5. If they really read the mood of the public
They'll make it more populist and shove it down Bush's throat and then destroy the Republicans who don't vote for it.

6. I agree
this wasn't a great bill but it was for "only" $250Billion not the original 700 and it had the CEO provision and ownership

they can rework it and MSM will resell it

The last punch is the one everyone remembers
