The scariest thing about Palin isn't that she is unqualified.
It's that she is completely blind to how unqualified she is.

1. In that respect she's a Bush clone.

13. They don't know that they don't know. As Rumsfield said, "The unknown unknowns."

14. In *every* respect, she's a Bush clone - right down to the cutesy wink and shrug.

2. Ignorance is worse than stupidity, IMO

A lot of times it comes with arrogance.

4. Truly ignorant people are always like that.
I have often noted that there is a certain segment of the population who are more sure of everything than I am of anything.

And even scarier are the people who will vote McCain/Palin that are completely blind to it.

6. Even scarier is how blind those that supporter are to how
unqualified she truly is - they will defend her as if she were a member of the family.

18. That's my worry!
There are some that think she is the answer to everything. You know the kind that support her - the wacko fundies. They scare the hell outta me because they want everyone to die to prove their point!

8. I think the same thing about McCain
I swear, I have never, ever seen a worst case of Potomac Fever. This is all about his ego not because he's able to do the job.

9. I think it's even worse than that.
Not only is she completely blind to how unqualified she is, she actually seems to believe that she's highly qualified, and her demeanor suggests that she thinks she has superior intelligence also.

15. She's the political equivalent to American Idol's Sanjaya
Everyone raves at the cuteness, which helps to gloss over the fact that they, without a shadow of a doubt, suck at what they are trying to do career-wise.

16. No. The scariest thing about Palin is that people are convinced that she IS qualified...
...and more qualified than Obama simply because she, McSame, his surrogates and the M$M keep repeating the meme over and over again. Regardless of how false it is, the continue to repeat the talking points and repetition DOES work!!

17. It's the IGNORANCE that bothers me!
No one is completely qualified, but being intelligent and well-informed and educated and savvy can make all the difference. She is none of those things.

19. And that is because of her overwhelming grandiosity.
A horrible combination, in a President: ignorance + grandiosity.
