Here's a peculiar thought: Does Sarah Palin NOT KNOW what the Audience is Thinking?

Like everyone else, I've been watching the day after day train wrecks that constitute her interview segments with Katie Couric. And one thing that's struck me is how cheery and enthusiastic she continues to be. Now I'm certain she feels out of her element a lot of times, but she never seems to look like knows she's goofed or offered up another whopper that she'll be ridiculed for. Is it possible she doesn't know how her interview are being received and commented on; how the late night comedians are treating her; how Tina Fey is mocking her interview skills? Could it be possible she's being kept in a bubble by her handlers, isn't seeing the news and comedy coverage, and thinks she's pulling one over on the teacher?

And I'm sure she is absolutely convinced that her answers are just WOWing the audience.

That's how disconnected from reality she is.

I watched her body language when she was interviewing with McCain and she has NO clue how out of her league she is.

But that doesn't excuse her BS, her lies, and insults.

4. Was the interview not filmed all at once?

I haven't even seen any of them (just read about them) but I was under the impression that the interview was conducted on one day and then aired piecemeal. That would explain her apparently blissful ignorance.

Maybe it's because she thinks she's smart, or that people are ragging on her. But I think she's looking more tired and miffed lately.

She thinks that none of this stuff matters. Reading newspapers and understanding court decisions is for reality-based chumps. God has higher plans for her that supercede all of this materialistic learning. She knows that the Lord will deliver any thing she requires in a moment of need. We, the unwashed, must strive to understand and cope as best we can because the Lord will not deliver for us. It is written.

So it's not an issue for them, as everything they see and hear is "adjusted" to fit. Ignorance is truly bliss.

11. Mccain is betting that the audience will turn in her favor eventually.

If he can jsut paint the press and Obama and Biden with a broad enough brush--then the public will magically ingest the poisonous mushrooms and not regain coherency until after November 4th. Poor sad little troll man.

12. Watch some vids of her speeches in church. She has an absolute conviction that she's "right"

on everything. She even considers her choice of this pipeline over that to echo the will of God, simply because her belief makes it so. I don't think such a person has a normal sensibility, a normal sense of empathy. Her world view is fundamentally, globally, warped by an unhealthy egocentric religiosity.
