I'm worried we're underestimating Sarah Palin.
I think she's MUCH dumber than we thought.

:P

1. No, she reads all the papers and magazines...all of them.
so many, in fact, that she couldn't even name one of them in her interview with Couric.

How many fucking interviews with Couric are there, by the way?

6. When she said that...
...it immediately reminded me of an old episode of the Simpsons...the Germans just bought the power plant from Mr. Burns...and they asked Homer how many safety initiatives he had spearheaded as safety inspector or whatever...and Homer hummed and hawed before finally saying "Uhh...all of them?"

Same deal.

Only without animated characters with yellow skin and huge overbites.:P

15. I think you're overestimating her reading capacity!
Ya know, those are for teenagers and young adults! Well beyond her reading comprehension level!

I'm thinking "Time for Kids" (wait, that would mean she'd have some current events knowledge...). Maybe "Highlights" (no, that implies a desire to learn...). "Sports Illustrated for Kids?!" (Probably not. No "snow-machine" races are ever covered...). My Pet Goat (nope, that implies being "president," which she was doubtful in August and impossible now...)

I give up!

2. I disagree. She is ignorant, not stupid.
Never underestimate your enemy.

8. I'd say she is both ignorant and stupid.
But also ruthless in her desire to push anyone out of her way to get what she wants, and ambitious -in that same ruthless sense - as the day is long.

Just like Dubbya.

10. We Misunderestimated someone before
Maybe we should take this thing seriously and celebrate only after Biden debates her.

13. Honestly now, what difference does it make if "we" take it seriously?
Are our mental vibes going to magically make it into Biden's brain? Lighten up. Joe's got it.
