Here's grampy's next grandstand play
I'm not bright enough to think of this myself, someone, somewhere, suggested it... Sarah's daughter will get married. This will surely eat up a few days worth of media coverage.

If you haven't heard it before, remember, you heard it here first.

1. OMG...
I just realized why he creeps me out so bad! My Grandpa Homer (from the hillbilly branch of the family) looked just like him and when we'd stay there in the summers, every night before I went to bed he'd be laying on the couch and he'd say "Kiss Papaw's head" and I would have to kiss his greasy old man head. That is John McCain, the ghost of Papaw!

now what was the question?

2. It won't work
There are two options - media standing outside the church to film the couple running to the limo to go to their reception (boring), or they allow the media inside to film everything. If they do that, they're going to throw everything into the wedding to try to make it even bigger than when Princess Di married Prince Charles, and only the morons who were voting for McCain (actually Palin) are not going to see it for the crass political stunt that it is.

Plus, I agree with what another poster said concerning this - Bristol's redneck hubby-to-be doesn't look too pleased with the whole situation, and chances are that it's a shotgun wedding. He's probably smart enough to realize that if he can hold off until after November 4, then there's a good chance that he'll be able to get himself off the hook.
