if McCain doesn't speak on the floor, it's got to be his health

Can you think of another reason that attention-wh*re who parachuted into DC the other day to singlehandedly shepard the bailout deal through Congress would NOT speak, especially after his opponent did? He did not look good today; there is something strange about his left eye, he suffered 2 facial spasms (video here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haIAN02tlLM&eurl=http://www.americablog.com/2008/10/slow-motion-video-of-mccains-facial.html),
finally he was visibly CONFUSED about how to exit the stage and briefly wandered around before he was HELPED off.

Another DUer pointed out that Cindy is ALWAYS with him, right as his side. What's he hiding?

I think the MSM has to put this out there so he is pressured to respond. In the meantime, if he doesn't make a speech this evening, we have to ask why?

http://www.americablog.com/2008/10/something-just-went-wrong-with-mccains.html

In the post below, we showed a scene that just took place in which McCain was momentarily confused on stage, not knowing where to go. We posted the video because it was funny. But Joe just realized that literally seconds before McCain became confused on stage, his face twitched or convulsed twice. Look at the photos above and below. They're from around 5 seconds (above) and 11 second (below) into the video Joe posted below.

It happened twice. First in a rather major way at 5 seconds, then more minor at 10/11 seconds. You can see McCain's left eye twitch closed, and at the same time, the left corner of his lip twitched upwards - it's especially pronounced in the 4th photo above. What is going on with McCain's health? This isn't normal. And it happened right before he became confused and couldn't figure out how to get off the stage.

At some point, the corporate media needs to do its job and stop being a bunch of politically correct wimps. We just saw - AGAIN - something go physically wrong with McCain's face. It's not the first time it's happened, we documented it before. But the media refuses to ask McCain what is wrong with him because, well, it's not clear why. McCain is 72 years old, was tortured for five years (which couldn't have done wonders to his health), and then had 4 bouts of serious melanoma. His health is an issue, and he has never fully released his medical records in a way that permits anyone to actually peruse them correctly - he only permitted reports to look at each page of his medical records for about 10 seconds before switching to another page. And no one was permitted to copy or take with any of the records. They're now back under lock and key.

1. There is something seriously wrong with his campaign and/or him.
They have been canceling and he does just one event a day, usually. He is not well. This campaign is killing him, literally.

3. Thanks for the Heads-Up!
I don't watch TV and I'm sure nobody in the MSM would be rude enough to notice or mention something as significant as that, being officers and gentlemen, all.

4. That's the first thing I thought of too. I don't criticize him for not knowing
which way to exit the stage. These candidates are on a different stage in a different city several times a day. What I can't explain is the problem with his eye. Today was not the first time that eye appears to have a problem, and it's not even the first time in the last few days!

5. For him not to speak on the bailout would be bizarre and unbelievable
I think you may be right. I really can't imagine any other reason why he would let Obama speak and remain totally silent.

6. "Cindy is ALWAYS with him, right at his side".
Yes, I noticed that too. I always thought she was there just to look decorative but maybe she is looking after him.

10. as Angela Lansbury said to Laurence Harvey in 'The Manchurian Candidate':

Mrs. Iselin: "But now, we have come almost to the end. One last step. And then when I take power, they will be pulled down and ground into dirt for what they did to you. And what they did in so contemptuously underestimating me."

she was his mother...but the image applies...

one of the most disturbing movies you can watch, and a classic at that...will not calm any fears you may harbor for john mccain...

9. Have they said for sure that he is not speaking. . .
I am beginning to wonder if he is going to "swoop" in at the last minute and give a speech.

11. CNN just said he wouldn't speak, but I guess that doesn't really mean anything.
He's changed his mind so often, just in the last week, I don't know if even HE knows for sure!

12. Could be extreme fatigue...
He looked much better at the debate than he had in a long time...maybe it's because he rested ahead of time.

Another possibility...My father-in-law suffered from spasms in the muscles surrounding one of his eyes which looked very similar to McShame's spasms. Botox injections eliminated the twitch; but recent reports say Botox affects the brain. That could be a bad thing for a presidential candidate.

Or it could be something serious...
