1. I went to Coconut Ford here in Estero Florida today....

Absulutely full lot filled with cars that are about to become a year old when the 2010 cars start hitting the lots. I wanted to look at the Ford Hybrid SuV the Escape. As I was pulling in I saw, you're not gonna believe this, a fucking McCain sign. And a shitload of the local Republican Congressman's sign.

I got out of my car, looked at the Escape (they only had the non hybrid). A salesman approached. I pointed out to the sign and asked him who puts those out. He says the owner of the dealership. I ask if he realizes they lose business because of that. He asks me why and I told him because I'll never buy a car here now, I'll go down to the one in Naples and buy one there. He says that owner is probably Republican too.

And I said, "He may be, but he's smart enough not to shove John McCain down my throat as I'm driving on to the lot."
